Starting The Voice Tutor on a formal basis wasn’t a decision that was taken lightly. Working closely with several colleagues, who I am proud to also call friends, we have been helping businesses and individuals on an ad hoc basis and we have achieved success by working collaboratively.

Working collaboratively involves individuals solving problems across departments and then all pulling together as one for the most successful outcome. There is no secret to success. Those that work hardest are often deemed to be the luckiest. I am not saying for one moment that our team works any harder than those working for other businesses but the fact that we enjoy working together and socialising together is a major plus point.

Gone are the days of working nine to five. With technology constantly improving, there is the ability to stay in touch with colleagues and contacts wherever you are in the world. Our unique selling point is that we can always find the right answer. If the person working on a job is unsure, then they can ask a colleague because a group of individuals has more power and impact than any single person.

With that in mind, we are always looking to add fresh new faces to our freelance rota. If you have a genuine interest in improving personally and want to help The Voice Tutor grow collectively then it would be good to talk. Please make direct contact with Jamie Reid, our founder. All correspondence will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence. Hopefully we can be working together soon!
